All User Data is stored on Google Firebase servers (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage). This data is used solely to improve App stability and performance and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Apple may independently collect analytics data in accordance with its own privacy practices. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

The Developer has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices, data handling, security, availability, or performance of Google Firebase or any other third-party service. You are encouraged to review Google's Privacy Policy (
https://policies.google.com/privacy) for details on how your data is handled by Firebase.
6. Data SecurityThe Developer relies on Google Firebase's built-in security infrastructure for data storage and transmission. The Developer does not independently guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for the security, integrity, or availability of any data stored on or transmitted through Firebase servers or any other third-party infrastructure.
THE DEVELOPER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION, DISCLOSURE, LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR DESTRUCTION OF YOUR DATA, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: security breaches or vulnerabilities at Google Firebase or any other third-party provider; unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords, shared credentials, phishing, or compromised devices; hacking, malware, or cyberattacks; technical failures, software bugs, or infrastructure outages; human error by the Developer or any third party; or any other circumstances, whether within or beyond the Developer's control.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You use the App and store data in it entirely at your own risk.
7. Data Retention and DeletionYour User Data is retained on Firebase servers for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the Developer at the email address listed on the App Store page. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, the Developer will make reasonable efforts to delete your data within 30 days, subject to technical limitations and any legal obligations to retain certain information.
Anonymized analytics and crash data that has already been processed cannot be retroactively deleted, as it is not linked to your identity.
8. Compliance with Privacy LawsIf you store personal data of third parties (such as tenant names, phone numbers, or addresses) in the App, you act as the data controller for that information and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. This includes obtaining any necessary consents and providing appropriate privacy notices to the individuals whose data you store.
The Developer provides the App solely as a technical tool. The Developer does not determine the purposes or means of processing any User Data — you do.
